Dr. Hatamian is a general dentist and has been practising dentistry since 2006. Dr. Hatamian received an award of recognition as one of the “Best Dentists in Ontario” once in 2015 by Open Care and again in 2019 by Top Doctors.

He is very passionate about his works and identifies himself as a progressive dentist who stays up to date by participating in dental seminars and conventions and uses modern technologies and advances in his practices. Dr. Hatamian is committed to reflecting the philosophy of his practice as outlined in the websites and also by educating his patients to maintain a balanced lifestyle and encouraging them to attend to their dental care on a regular basis.

He enjoys all aspects of providing dental care to his patients, from preventative dentistry such as custom-fit night guards to more complex disciplines such as placing dental implants to replace missing teeth.

He grew up in the City of Toronto, where he completed all his post-secondary educations and trainings. Dr. Hatamian obtained a Bachelor of Science with Honours (HB.Sc.) and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Toronto. During his training at Sunnybrook, Mount Sinai, and Toronto Public Health dental clinics, Dr. Hatamian treated patients who needed basic dentistry and those with special needs and attended to the care of seniors and children.

Dr. Hatamian has also completed additional training in the following disciplines:

Implant dentistry: This speciality training has empowered him with skills and experience to place and restore dental implants on patients with single or multiple missing teeth.

Periodontal and advanced dental surgery: This advanced training has enabled Dr. Hatamian to treat patients with gum disease and those who need gum grafts or extractions, including wisdom teeth.

Sedation Dentistry: Dr. Hatamian is certified to provide a variety of sedation options to nervous patients and to make them more relax and comfortable during any dental procedure.

Invisalign: A great alternative to conventional fixed braces, Dr. Hatamian’s expertise has enabled him to treat many patients with crooked teeth and to restore their confidence to smile.

Cosmetic dentistry: from teeth whitening to full smile makeover, Dr. Hatamian is equipped with knowledge and experience to restore badly shaped and discoloured teeth in his patients.

Dr. Hatamian established Hatamian Dentistry midtown Toronto location in 2011 at 1881 Yonge Street. He continues to provide his services at this location.
